The folks at Transgaming offer a version of Wine designed for gaming called WineX. The catch is that you have to pay to download it and get access to their support groups. It cost about $5 bucks and if you want you can subscribe to their site on a monthly baises and get support/info and a say on what they should work on next along with access to the new versions of WineX.
