Congrats, but I am more interested in your system, camera, and lightning than that tablet thingy.![]()
System - Hackintosh (Q6600, 8GB, 1TB F1, 8800GTX)
Camera - D90 (forgot to lock exposure, d'oh!)
Lighting - fluorescents in my shop
Youtube kinda killed the quality from the D90, but it's not bad with HQ on. I usually use a Zoom H2 for audio, but meh, I just went with the D90's onboard mic. Not bad. Used iMovie '09 in OS X Leopard 10.5.8 for a quick edit & upload (yay for the Youtube button!).
Do you have a Hackintosh building guide in the Apple forum by chance?

Why yes
My Hackintosh sites are down for construction this month, adding a 10.5.8 guide & a Snow Leopard guide. Basically, just pick a compatible motherboard & video card, then follow a good guide, and you're all set. Pretty easy. Only drawbacks really are updates, updates usually break stuff. So either be content with the current software release, or stay on top of patches. If you really want to test updates the same-day, test it on a backup clone of your boot drive in case something screws up. That's about it![]()
