what can I do about it? I started icing it and it feels like it is getting worse. Is there some ointment or something?

i have the same problem with my left knee. I fell hard on it, and it hasn't been the same since.

Might be a stress fracture. have you been lifting weights? a friend of mine fractured his wrist doing benchpresses and he just kind of took the pain for a week before going to the doc thinking it was just a bruise.

you guys are funny. this is from too much time spent at the computer. repetitive stress injury. so it has something to do with the muscle.

Maybe use your left hand to operate the mouse while you...uh...umm...research the mating habits of North American women ;)

Ok, well I'll try to take you seriously here (holds self back).

I've had wrist problems for a long time now, in both my wrists. I do a lot of things that involve my wrists like computer, piano, tennis, and *ahem* etc. My wrists really hurt when I do pushups (but no prob with benches) and I they really limit my tennis playing. I got something to wear on my wrist at the local sports store while I'm playing tennis to keep my wrist straight, and that's helped a lot.

It could be a tendon problem, or carpal tunnel. I'd recommend talking to your doctor (although I haven't yet :disgust: ).
