I really don't understand why elementary school kids wouldn't be allowed to dress up. I can understand restrictions for safety/PC reasons, but banning all costumes seems ridiculous.

My school recently banned costumes. Something about how it might offend those who dont believe in it... I dont believe in Christianity, the Christian club offends me BAN IT.

My friend walked into our high-school with a stormtrooper outfit and a backpack with speakers and a cd-player playing the star wars evil empire music as he walked down the hall, it was friggen amazing... i'm glad we can still wear costumes...
