From my experience, mods don't wake up till later

all I have to say is avoid keyboards with F-Lock like the plague. I cannont believe that Microsoft assumes I would rather use their stupid "super-functions" over standard function keys, they should at least default to the normal function keys. But no! I have to press a key just to turn make my function keys work normally. /end rant
