My Job sucks ! Help me complain to them ?

I've been working here for 1.5 years now and no raise and I work me butt off them them, now they have a job posting for people to sart for more money then I make, and the owner just the other day said I was a great working.

so now I'm asking all the people here to ask them why they treat us like shet or complain to them or anything to get things started up with them.

I'm so ready to quit if things don't start changing around my work.
