My ISP is blocking port 135

So I cannot use Outlook 2k to connect to my Exchange server at work from home anymore. Does anyone know of a router I can setup at work that supports Win2k/XP VPN connections so I can use Outlook to connect to my office again?

Any router with VPN passthru should be fine. Smart idea for ISP to block 135 as it is baaaad to be exposing that to the 'net.

Hmm not familiar with SSH Tunneling, but is that like port translation or port shifting?

You can use the built in VPN client if you want. All Windows have built in VPN clients.
