My iPod Nano

Well, My iPod nano went on a little trip today... Through both the washer and dryer. Normally I'd wait and let it dry, but there wasn't any liquid under the screen, so I figured what the heck I'll plug it in. It turned right on and works perfectly, I'm quite amazed. I know on arstechnica they tried it and theirs still worked, but that doesn't mean I'm not surprised. It's a 1st gen 2gb... I hear the 2nd gens can't take nearly the beating. (Compared to the first)

Thank goodness though, I really didn't want to purchase another. For what I use it for, 2gb is perfect.

I've seen plenty of different model iPods go through the wash and still work (the more shocking ones are ones that have hard drives in them)

QFT. My first-gen Mini has taken a ridiculous amount of abuse and it's still working. :thumbsup:
