Ok...here's the deal.
My @Home.com account is super spam filled at this point so I'm trying to change my email to a knew one, so I log onto my www.intervideo.com account, and click change profile.
I change my Email address and password, hit OK, log out and leave.
The next evening I go back to see if my changes were accepted....and now NEITHER email address is accepted as an account (both say account does not exist).
Ok, I have a WinDVD 2000 2.3M license I paid $50 for and now I can't download it. The way it works is you download the trial version of WinDVD, then you login in to your account and download this little activator program...for some odd reason I can't re-use the copy of the activator I have on my Zip disk, I have to download a new one.
But my account is screwed, so I can't download it.
Now I'm out $50 for nothing. I sent Intervideo tech support an email but they never got back to me.
Any idea what I should do now? Anyone else had a similar problem with change email = deleted account.
