My friend, when you help a beloved creature give birth, raise up that progeny, and with the utmost care and respect slaughter and butcher the male to feed your family, then the idea of gender itself does not seem quite as relevant as the reality of providing sustenance to those you love.

It's a Slavic cabbage dish with a poriyal twist.

I made this dish the next day, but ran out of tomatoes. 🙁

Today I am in the process of making a variation of Coconut Rice, Lentil with fenugreek leaves.. and Rava Ladoo

That Ladoo was a major flop.. added too much milk so it was all gooey.
