That's the point of a clean install. Typically the drive will be wiped during the install process.

I hope you're backing up any and all data you might want to keep before starting.
 
At least for now. Anyway, should I just put in the disc and the HDD will begin emptying it self, or will I get a option to start emptying it?

Do the Clean Install

If you only have a "Recovery" disk, what's usually supplied with a new computer, put the disk in and follow the prompts. Your manual may say that you have to press some keys while the computer is starting up to make this happen though.

Whatever method you use, everything on your computer will be gone forever!

...and posting the same question inmultiple threads is poor forum etiquette. Besides, it makes it hard for you to follow all the answers...doesn't it?
