How do I go about this? Is there any software I need? Any good guides you can recommend? I also need to know how to reinstall everything.... =/

This is Vista Home Premium 32bit BTW. Can provide more info if you need.
 
Why not first try booting with your Vista disk and do a repair install?

What exactly do you mean by "messed up?" What doesn't work right?
 
Well, I DL a lot of stuff, deleted it again (Bad DL speeds), tired again, have half complete installs all over my HDD, games I'm going to get rid of, etc. There's so much stuff, I'm just gonna empty the entire disk.
 
How to Install Vista

This should get you started.

But ensure you backup any data you want to save before you start.

The things you will want to have on hand are:

Vista DVD
Vista install key
Chipset drivers for your mobo
drivers for your other devices (sound & graphics) can be downloaded after.

**** WARNING **** DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL YOUR OWN OS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO MAKE A MESS OF IT AND THEN ASK FOR HELP.
