My hands are burning

This may sound strange but for the last 2 weeks when im at work IT Dept., or sometimes at home my hands and arms start to tingle very badly actually its more of a burning sensation everytime i touch something or rest my arms on my desk. My g/f and I have no clue what is causing it, but the feeling is very strange and it is freaking me out, its almost like my skin is becoming super sensative to touch or something. Its actually doing it right now to stop it i have to rest the back of my hands on the desk or my lap. Any thought or similar cases.

well it was off and on so i just thought it was the weather change here in FL, but anyways webmd said to start by taking advil, tylenol, etc and i did that a few hours ago and it has seems to lessen the sensation so im going to start taking 2 each morning and see how it goes.
