I'm guessing the cause is lack of sleep. I usually go to sleep around 12 and wake up around 8. Last night I slept at 1:00 am and got up at an early 7:30 am. I guess that wasn't enough sleep for me. But this has been happening for the past few days. It gets quite irritating when the eyelid twitches. Laters~!
 
Yeah, the lack of sleep and too much caffeine would cause this. Also being over-worried about smth for extended periods of time.

Happened to me last year. A little sleep, a little exercise might help?
