i was going to do this with seinfeld but wouldnt have ever had enough time to complete it.

omg, don't get me started on the editing of simpsons episodes. would they ever do that to friends or seinfeld? of course not, because they never have extraneous scenes. the first time i noticed they cut a simpsons episode (homer vs 18th amendment), and homer was making his bathtub alcohol. when he's at the store, he asks to buy 42. the clerk offers him 50 for $5000, and homer says, "i just said 42!" so funny, and i haven't seen that scene in years. that is why i am waiting for all of the dvds, so i can watch every simpsons episode in all of its wonderous glory.

yeah, thats something that is screwed up with syndication. Too much editing to sneak in a few more commercials
