My gmail account has been stolen.

I had 2. I for personal use and 1 for business, but now i have my own domain name. both had the same pw, and both have been stolen. I tried logging into my sister's gmail and her's still works, so its nothing on my end. While searching google, I also found this:http://www.theregister.co.uk/2004/10/29/gmail_vuln/
I ran avast antivirus, and it did find a virus running in my memory. But that has happened a few times before, and nothing this drastic has happened. Anyone know how I would get my accts back?
