I've been going to the gym a lot lately. I've been hitting the bench pretty hard and can almost bench over 100 lbs. So, I think that I am adequately strong in the upper body area. However, my gluts are just out of shape. and lack curvature as well as firmness. Can anybody recommend a good workout for my gluts? Where can I find a good glut machine?

Do the incline and the decline benches, as well as the butterfly. If that doesn't work, try benching with dumbbells instead.

EDIT: Fixed recommendations. Try squats or that walk people do with weights on their shoulders.

It translates to "I can't get rid of my man-boobs".

EDIT: Misunderstood.

How is that going to help him get a tight ass?

I dont know, if he had to work up to benching 100lbs... maybe he should be using an "escalator-master".

Sounds like you need to run/bike to burn fat and tone up your ass muscles. Also, toning your hip abductors will sculpt your ass, since it seems like that's what you're looking for.

Wide-stance squats, deadlifts, and I'm also very fond of hyperextensions (start position) (end position) -- if you do those with just your thighs supported (bending at the hips) and squeeze hard at the top, you'll know you're working your glutes.

Don't worry about stiff-leg deadlifts, they're an excellent way to screw up your back. Just hop on a stair-master and select the hardest program that you are able to do each time you go to the gym
