Okay its not a kindergarten, its an advanced creche. Its become quite competitive in Asia on crech institutions, that most creches, like the one my gf is at, start comms with the kids in 2nd lang, which is english.

These creches in Asia are purely profit-based organizations, and actaully grind in a fortune, due to wealthy parents being quite busy during the day, and just dump them there.

Now, because of the "face" value, I wonder if anyone actually does know what this means, the wealthy try and maintain a sick status with their siblings i.e. my child started learning Eng at 3, or my child is at this "famous" university, i.e. like Harvard or Stanford universities in the US.

Given the above, the school doesnt give a rats ass about the teachers for these reasons.
1. they are there to make money, the kids get the benefit of the doubt.
2. you can forget about the school or my g/f sueing anybody, the school will not entertain it. Its too competitive in this field, the "good" creches or kindergartens pull in way to much money to afford this type of paparazzi.
3. the job pays nearly threefold of your starting 9-5 office job, tax free, because shes the 2nd lang teacher, mostly accomodated by US or UK citizens, who have no working VISA and are on temp basis.

Actually, the kid is probably grabbing at your girl's boobs because it will get a rise out of her.
My 18 month old son likes to turn off the TV, I can only assume because it gets the whole family to give him some attention..
Even negative attention is attention nonetheless.

As for a resolution, mabye the good morning kiss is even a bit much for a professional education environment.
Stop the smooching from the underage kiddies, and the problem goes away.

Besides most of this is your girl friend's fault. I'm sure the kid can't even reach her breasts if she didn't bend down for him. If she really didn't want to get groped she should just stay standing and tell the kid "No I'm not giving you a good morning kiss. Now go take a nap in the corner."

You give the OP too much credit. Do you really think he'd be so brave if the kid was 5? The gangsta terrorizing his gf is only 3 (and apparently frail and sickly), so the OP is grabbing perhaps his lone chance ever to get loud and large. :disgust:
 
Why can't she just tell the boy his actions are inappropriate? At my grade school/kindergarten, the teachers were always trying to help the kids learn how to be polite in public. If he does it again, he gets 10min. in the box during recess. Come to think of it, do teachers even discipline kids in kindergarten? It's been so long I can't remember.

Maybe she should just talk to the parents and let them deal with it.
