Best answer here.
Alternatively, your gf could go with: "No you can't have a kiss, go sit down".

My girlfriend is a kindergarten teacher. around 3 year olds.
Yesterday she tells me there is this little boy in her class, every morning since she took over from the previous teacher last week, this one little boy, hes 3. Comes up to her and asks her to kiss him goodmorning, thats fine right?
But now... he fvcking grabs her boobs everytime, and then giggles off.
WWWWTTTTFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I WILL kick someones ass for this.
Somebody tell me what I can legally get away with?

No where does he say that she actually gives him a kiss. He only says that the little twit asks for one and then states that him asking isn't a big deal ("thats fine right?").

@silverpig
She is probably exaggerating, or she's fantasizing, one of the two, either way AgaBoogaBoo is right.
Oh, and WTF kamikaze? Is your woman a dumba$$? I don't think a kindergarten student will be able to reach her breasts unless she bends over to freaking kiss them. How about she just doesn't kiss them?

You better beat up that kid and make an example of him. Otherwise all the other 3 year olds are going to know you're weak and put moves on your girl.

oh please. ignore the fact the story is BS (KG starts at 5).
Comes up to her and asks her to kiss him goodmorning, thats fine right?
and then he grabs her boob?
only way this is happening is if she is bending over to kiss him.
the cops need to arrest the damn pedo. kissing a student and letting him fondle her is bad.

So the only reason she can bend over or squat down is if she's going to kiss him? Sounds like quite the foul logic to me~. It looks like you're guessing that these events (if they're even remotely true) chronologically follow each other, where I'd push that these events only logically follow each other (i.e. the kid progressively gets more perverted such as one week he asks for a kiss and the next week he acts like his favorite character on a Sesame Street... Groper (yes, I know it's Grover 😛)).
Also, is it possible to surmise that the OP only thinks the kid is three? You know, some sort of brash, pot-induced generalization. Or it could just be pre-school and not kindergarten. I was 3 when I attended pre-school and 4 when I attended kindergarten.
