My girlfriend got into a car accident

she parked her car(school parking lot) and i guess some crazy idiot came around a turn and slammed into the back of her BRAND NEW dodge neon. she had the car for less than a week. he said his brakes went out...my a$$. she still had her seat belt on luckily, but she has a sprained neck and a bump on her head and she cant run for a while now. she said he almost hit her last week and that he drives to fast in the parking lot. that kid is lucky im away at college or somebody WOULD have been seriously hurt. $3000 in damages to her car BTW...

heh holy balls, same thing happened to my friend. 3 days after she gets her 2002 neon, she totals it :-o so she got another 2001 neon 2 months later
