My Geforce output to my tv distortion help

whenever i output my hercules geforce ddr-dvi it gives me this all colors like things that are supposed to be white are yellow and other colors are blotchy. it never used to do it what is happening

1) i convert s-video to composite for tv

2) can you give me some solutions of what could be wrong
