my game won't be registered in registry and thus its expansion pack wont recognize it

its Warhammer: Mark of Chaos, when i install it, everything works fine but there's no trace of it in "add or remove programs"

and when i want to install the expansion pack "battle march" it says "cant find the original game"

when i double click the setup.exe two separate loading comes stating "configuring windows installer" then at the end of the second one an error comes "can't find the location of Warhammer: Mark Of Chaos"
is it also possible to give setup.exe the right location, coz there's ini file beside it,

im in win8
can anybody help me?
