Hello all. I just purchased a 2001fp and an EVGA GTX-KO I came from a 15 inch lcd and a 7800GT. I play FEAR, CO2 and BF2.

Fear and COD look GREAT on my new monitor and card but BF2 has now become VERY pixelated almost unplayable. I don't understand what could have happened. I am playing all 3 games on the same settings as before. And like I said FEAR and COD look GREAT.

Any suggestions????

Thanks

After some testing I just did. The only thing I can think of is that maybe it's normal and I just never noticed it before on a 15 inch monitor. It's just that all the edges are jagged nothing is really smooth. Is that normal for this game?? It's almost hard to tell a soldier from pixels from far away.

I don't know.

Any Suggestions??

What are your system specs? Also a screenshot of your pixelated BF2 would help to show what you mean by jaggy edges (I'm assuming enabling AA is not a fix for your problem since it sounds like everything is so jaggy to the point where you cannot distinguish a soldier clearly from a distance.)

System Specs are

EVGA 7800GTX-KO
AMD 3500
2 GIG Ram
EnerMax 600 PSU

I game at the native resolution of 1600X1200. And like I said Fear and COD2 play great and look GREAT. But BF2 now looks REALLY bad in some shots and I can't figure it out.

I guess I'll have too re-install it and go from there.

I don't know how to post screen shots. How do i do that so I can get some up for you guys?

Thanks

It's either F12 or Print Screen key (the one that works should make your game lag for a sec) to take shots for BF2... then it shows up in your BF2 folder. Upload that to imageshack.us and post it here.

It sounds like scaling... but apparently you said you're running at native res.
