My FTP Server in Win2k Pro drops connections & times out? WTF?

Is this most likely a configuration problem with my server? Or something on the other guy's end? I'm on cable, and don't have connection problems, and in the FTP config in IIS I have it set to time out after 25,000 seconds... so I'm thinkin it's not my server, it's the other guy's problem... can someone shed some light on this for me?

Still haven't found a solution... I'm using a Linksys router... using port 21 for FTP and have port 21 forwarded to that computer's internal IP. I set it to time out after 999,999 seconds, so I don't think that's the problem. Maybe my cable company can tell I'm running an FTP server and is dropping the connection?
