So yesterday I went to the drive-in to go see I Robot. Before we got to the drive-in we went to the gas station to get some candy and pop.

As I was getting gas I saw one of my friends pull over to the side and open up his trunk. I thought he was getting some things out and his friends were helping him get the stuff out. Then all of a sudden I saw one of them go into the trunk of his car. They closed the trunk for a few seconds then reopened it. When the opened the truck they talked for a sec. or two then another one went into the truck.

At that point I was shocked. I went over to talk to him and asked him if he really was going to go through with hiding two of his friends in his trunk. He said, "Of course, we do it all the time." So everyone got back into there cars and drove to the drive-in, which is 10 minutes away!

You think they would of turned off all of there lights from there cars before letting the two idiots out, well they didn't. They left there lights on and everyone in the drive-in saw them come out of the trunk. I felt so embarrassed when they came over and talked to me. I could hear people around us making fun of them. I was asked them, "why did they do it?" One said he does it every time they go to the drive-in and the other said he would not of had enough money to get a hair cut the next day.

Talk about being cheap.

i think they're doing it because they know they can get away with it. saving money is only secondary.

Drive-in's are for taking dates to, not your buddies.

You've got bigger problems than cheap friends.

No, $7.50 per person.

WTF? That's like $1 cheaper than a regular theater. Just go to a real theater with speakers and seats and no bugs flying around.
