My friend works with the hand gernade tent killer guy's brother

My friend works in a local factory. They had 5 FBI agents come in and interview the guy's brother for 3 hours. He's not exactly well liked after all of this.

Definitely, and if this is an example of things to come, it doesn't bode well for the rest of us. To say that the guy's brother is "not well liked after this" pisses me off. How the hell can you fault someone because his brother is a nut job?

Without any other facts, it sounds like the guy is just an ordinary working stiff - and now most of his co-workers don't like him because of something his brother did.

Just kidding! Really. Show some support to your co-worker when others may not. That's the manly thing to do in the situation. Don't shun him for the actions of his brother serving in a highly deployable combat unit in a war zone. Hell, if all people were judged by their siblings, we'd all be in jail probably right now.

Uh, the news just broadcasted the dudes father was arrested for arms violations. The father is a felon, not allowed to own guns.

Exactly why they are watching him. I'm not saying he's a horrible guy but you can't be careful enough right now.

Under these circumstances, questioning him does not equal watching him. Of couse, they're going to question the nut job's family - that's SOP. Probably it's how they found the father's gun which, per someone else's post, he's not supposed to have because he was convicted of a felony.

Still haven't heard of the brother having done anything.

Ocuflux, the guy who did the killing/wounding is in Iraq. His brother is in the U.S. and works in a factory. Look at the first post again. The guy in Iraq is the idiot and should get what's coming to him. The guy's brother is here in the U.S. and unfortunately is the brother of the idiot.

Will they prosecute him for murder or for treason? If for murder, I bet he can get away from death penalty, even in a military court.
