Spas have places to get massages. Really clean bathing utilities. Unisex spas have women in towels. There's a pool. There's exersize to be done. and often, a cute receptionist.

It's fine for a guy to go in one. Many do.

My wife works in a spa, apparently it is popular for couples to go in and get services together or for wives to send their husbands to get stuff like manicures, massages etc. I was surprised that straight men get manicure/pedicures but they do. I have a free massage available but I do not have the guts to get one yet. My wife has some funny stories of men getting massages and what they expected sometimes.
