That in and of itself is an idiot thing to say. Never promise money, no matter if you won't live up to the agreement, if you don't have to.

How do you think he gets the girls? He goes out to random places and either hits it then, or gets the girl's number so he can hit it later. Hitting it later involves a phone call or two.
