this really irks me, why did his old man go to the old folks home? This is one thing i hate about america, our parents take care of us then a lot of us stuff them in a old folks home and take everything they have ever worked for. Did you know America is the ONLY country that has this? i wish it was like that one country where the parents can SUE the childern if they don't take care of them when they are older.

My mom just got accepted to the UNLV masters program, so she thought she would buy a house and move here from CA.

Her House There is a virtual tour on the page.

It is a dump, trust me. I went to look at it with her last week. She could have found a much better house for half the cost.
 
I wonder if your friend is being used as a tax shelter... at least if the place isn't mortgaged. I hope the parents make sure he pays the property taxes!

I think you're completely correct... I had a couple of friends in HS who were worth millions... for thier parents company....

im sure if your mom looked hard enough, she could have found a better house at a good price.. but you're kidding about it being a dump right? if you consider that a dump, id like to see the house you live in.. must be a mansion or something... i need to start making some good money so i can save up and get a nice house like that.. 😱

Not everyone has the ability to properly take care of the elderly.
 
an old folks home or one of the apartment complexes for the elderly, they have a couple of those in my area, the run about $1500 for a 1 bedroom per month but they serve 2 meals a day have a gym, a movie room with a wide screen tv, and a doctor who is on call 24 hours a day.

thats better then living alone in a big ass house.
 
Does it require you to perform oral pleasures on the brothers, if so then I would not move in if I were you.:Q
