what are some good websites that sell laptops for good prices? He wants dvd, 20gb or higher hd, he wants to play games... gf go, decent cpu. I was thinking dell or toshiba, dell is so expensive though. Any ideas?

Hmmm how fats does he want it though? For $1500 you can get like 500 Celeron or somehting like that. Dell ain't so bad if you customize it right, hehe.

I don't care how fast your laptop is, the GFGo is not a miracle gaming cure. If you want to game, and play lots of 3D games, forget laptops. If you play RTS or games of that nature a laptop will work great. Looking for a Go laptop severely limits your options, and won't really make the laptop that much better for gaming.

He doesnt have to have a GF go, he wants to play some counterstrike or other games some times while he is in his dorm at college but it will mainly be for school work. Can I link to Egay on here? He is looking at a laptop on there, it seems like a good deal.

cstrike will work on a rage mobility m4 just fine. nvidia's "where to buy" for the gf2go isn't working real well...

<< * 64 meg AGP For Super Fast 2D and 3D graphics. Compatible with Direct 3D and Open GL. >>

I was unaware that any laptop had a video card with more than 32MB RAM on it...and even that is EXTREMELY rare (GF2Go...but one of the higher versions).

Looks too good to be true.

That video card is most likely one that shares the system memory(e.g. the built in ones on the i815 mobo) rather than having 64mb of dedicated RAM(like ATI Mobility video cards and the Nvidia Gf2Go video card)
