sucks he didn't give you a ticket, it seems you were the one that actually initiated the whole thing
that sucks for him, say byebye to his 500$ and a lot more than that every-year in insurance, bahahhaa.

I watched a corvette and a mustang 5.0 years ago race on a US Highway. They was stopped at a light and when the light turned green they took off. The mustang won only because as soon as they took off they both squelled the tires and a cop was nearby and heard/seen them. He took off after them and the vette stopped but the stang didn't, thus the stang won

My friend's friend with a new WRX had to get a lawyer and do something else just for him to keep his license... but the idiot that he is... he gets caught again and is driving around with a suspended license.
Which also means no insurance, because insurance coverage is dependant on LICENSED drivers operating a vehicle.
It's your turn to drive him around. Get him off the road.

I agree. And while we're at it, I think the police should shoot people for every stupid thing they do, like riding a bicycle without a helmet, or jaywalking...

Riding a bicycle without a helmet isn't breaking a law, but jaywalking is good.
