I am currently 145 lbs and doing 220 lbs for squats. When I Steinborg the bar onto my back, I go down on one knee to help get the weight on, and I go up into a standing position from sorta a lunge position. Once I get standing, I think my form is okay when doing the squats. Is there a possibility that this could hurt/is hurting my back? I don't feel any pain or anything to indicate injury.

I don't have access to a squat rack since I am working out from a home gym.

If you're crumbling under the weight, then yes you could hurt yourself. Steinborg squats are inherently a bit more dangerous than a proper back squat due to the swinging motion. Also, keep in mind, you're likely putting a massive amount of stress on your knee. If that feels fine, then you should be ok, but if it starts hurting you need to rethink things.

I am not crumbling under the weight. I haven't felt anything in my knees as of yet, but I'll keep that in mind thanks.
