My first sick call

Have hardly eatten for the past 2 days,woke up awhile ago with a coughing fit,called out sick.my first sick call in this job of one year.

I've had weird body chills and my bones ache,if this is what arthistis is I don't want it.My eyes have huge circles under them,I can't breath.
