Its mainly for gaming (must play crysis), not to sure about the mobo, and I am planing on getting another GTX260 later on.

will be experimenting with overclocking

If it's mainly for gaming, you may want to consider a dual core.

The Zalman heatsinks are overpriced for what you get, and there are less expensive options that perform just as well and sometimes better. With a Q6600 you don't need anything more than DDR2-800 even if you plan on overclocking. Save some bucks on the RAM, as the extra speed won't do anything for you.

Rosewill isn't known for the quality of their power supplies. This Corsair unit is less expensive and likely higher quality:

I wouldn't buy a Rosewill PSU unless I'd read several positive reviews of that specific model.
