My first Overclock!! Seems ok so far!1

Hi all,

Jut put my new system together last friday. Started OC'ing yesterday..took me awhile to get the hang of it...but so far this is what I have:

What do you think??? Most likely more in the chip, but for now I'm satisfied!!
I let Prime run for over 2 hours without errors..then played some BF2 and some FEAR..all seems ok so far.

Sorry for not posting a pic directly in the forums..could'nt figure out how!!! LOL

ASUS A8NX5 motherboard nTune says it's an A8N-SLIR???
1 gig Corsair Value ram.

Looking good, now just try to get a bit more out of it. A friend of mine has a 144 running on the A8N5X at 2.65 (295x9), stock HSF, and 430W Tt.

Hey,

Just a quick bump for the day crowd...and an update..Now running at 2.3 with a Hypertransport Link of 766, Memory is at 339. I'm pretty happy with a 500 Mhz improvement for free!!! Temps have been very good so far. I don't believe I've broken 42C under load while Primeing. This Thermaltake Xaser case I have may be ugly and loud..but it does a nice job of keeping things cool.

here's a pic..Primed for over an hour...seems ok..Not officially Prime Stable..but...so far so good.

Looks good, but I'd recommend at least 12 hours of Prime to ensure stability. Nice oc though!
