$0.72 in 1.5 hrs on party poker. wsop is next.

Is that considered good for your first online poker play?

I don't play poker online, so am curious.

LMFAO!!!

Well ya never know! The last time I played poker at a casino I lost $550! So being up .75 isn't all that bad in my eyes!

Play some low limit tables, quarter or dollar. People will practically hand you money if you play smartly.

hehe, 1st time i played poker ever was with some friends. we played with quarters, dimes, nickels, etc. i ended up winning $20. it was funny because i had no idea what i was doing.

i just dont' like playing against a black box. you have no idea how its setup to payout. atleast with real casinos they have physical cards.

How long have you been playing? What books did you buy? Do you plan on playing ring games, tournaments, both? I play regularly on Poker Stars

You played poker for money even though you didn't know what you were doing? :Q That reminds me of the poker scene in Stripes.

my first game ever was a live 4-way about a month ago. I'm studying Getting Started in Hold Em and Small Stakes Hold Em, both by Ed Miller. I'm gonna play ring until I learn the game well I think. my plan is to start small and whore all the bonuses I can at the various sites.
