do you have any special flash or lenses, or do you use the built in ones?

Nope, pretty much stock for now...

In the pics im using the D70 w/ Kit Lens, 67mm B+W MRC UV Filter (which i suspect is what is causing the star patterns), and a Bogen Manfrotto Tripod. So other than the UV filter, its all stock.

My fiancee got me the 50mm 1.8d lens for my bday last month and i LOVE that lens as well.... http://www.aphexii.com/pics/riley1.jpg

I plan to get an SB600 flash sometime next week to help with portraiture.

wow. awesome. :)

by the way, i searched in photoshop but couldn't find it ... so how did you do the tungsten lighting adjustment?

When you open a raw in ps, it pops up an adjustment dialog.....

if you don't have a camera that shoots in raw. then you have to adjust it on the camera when you shoot :D
