My Firewall Highjacking the CPU, any suggestions?

I'm using norton internet security and the Symantec proxy service (CCPROXY.EXE) highjacks my cpu from time to time and I have to force a restart of the service on windows XP. I really dont want to ditch my firewall but I'm not sure whats causing it or if I need to re-install it.

if you dl'd it you prolly got a bad crack
