No, you'll barely notice a difference over DDR-333 according to a test I saw a couple of days ago.

Looks good, one suggestion though, why don't you go with one GTX now instead of the GTS's in SLI and use the money towards an E6600. You really shouldn't come across many games that need more than one GTX for the resolutions that monitor supports. Then when you do purchase the larger monitor add another GTX.
