Outstanding transformation- very good job. I'm on my way to losing a good 15-20 lbs right now, I hope ;) I just cut started eating clean, and actually moving my body around again :p Once I lose the love handles I'll start a bulking cycle, and concentrate on weight training.

Congrats. Its really amazing what people can do if they really want something and devote enough time for it.

My weight loss was a lot more modest (235 down to 185, and it took longer), but I'm still really glad I did it. Now I'm hoping to gain a bit of weight muscle-wise...

I read an article in a mens magazine once, claiming, that for every 35lbs we gain, we lose 1 inch, in a particular male area.
I would assume that most of that length would be gained back. So, can you vouch for this?

congrats on losing all that weight. With that much weight loss do you have excess skin or flabby skin or did it shrink too?

I dont know if 1" per 35lbs is true, but in general the theory is correct.

Since he lost it over a longer period of time, he probably doesnt have any excess skin.

If you lose 8-10lbs a month, you arent in danger of getting flabby excess skin. Its when you start losing 20lbs+ in a month is when you tend to get loose skin. Its common among the serverly morbidly obese people because they can easily lose 30lbs+ in one month.
