My fiancee is at work...

My fiancee is at work tonight. She gets off at 10:00. It takes about 30 minutes to get from home to the Walmart where she works. We only have one vehicle so when she goes to work, I go to my office ( I work for a non-profit) which is located in the same town. I mean I have internet connection and kitchen so what more could I need?

Anyways, she gets off at 10:00 and will probably get out of there by 10:10 (she always wants to look. Not complaining just explaining.) That means home by 10:35-10:40. Then what do we do? Not really much of a party. 🙁

Don't say mess around or anything like that because there will be other people there.

It's only a big deal because you're making it a big deal. New Years Eve parties are no better than any other party. 🙂

It isn't that I really want to party or anything like that, I just don't want to be sitting up here in my office until that time. Maybe she should have called in sick!

No, she works at Wal-Mart, a very important job! How selfish for you to think for her to do such a thing. No really, today she is a cart pusher, tommorrow, she will be a door greeter! Don't ruin her chances be asking her to skip work!

Pretty close Adam. I know when I go that she will either be Shoes, Jewelry, Fabrics, Crafts, Softlines, or well I guess that is about it...

LOL

Been there, done that; altho not from GA to UT. Across NC tho, for.....two years or so? Near 4.5 years now...

I feel for ya dude, too bad you two couldn't get together.

I worked till 8pm and my husband works till 11pm, so we will barely be able to have a New Year kiss, but it's no sweat. We worked by choice, and it's really no big deal.
