Maybe, you have some type of thyroid issue. My feet and hands get cold - especially in winter. But, my body temp is usually low, too. 97F is typical for me. When it gets up above 98F, I feel like I have a fever.

This has been going on for years. However, I've found a doc that I'll see in the morning to see if this can get sorted out.

You likely have poor circulation. I think vitamin E? is supposed to help with that. there are other things too im sure
