My father has passed away, he had a heart attack, my brother and I found him. I have never been so sad. Please any support from you guys I would apprechiate. I really love talking to you people on here, very smart and friendly people.

i just came back from a friend's dad's funeral... been up all night thinking about my parents.....

my sincere condolences.

I lost my grandmother in late august. They were difficult time.
The only thing that got me thru is talking with my family about my grandmother.
But not talking about what happened? But what she accomplish, what she wanted us to be and what makes her happy. Experiencing happiness through her memories.

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. Losing a parent is really hard when it happens as a normal part of aging. Losing one under these circumstances must be doubly hard. I hope that you are totally surrounded by supportive friends and relatives. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am sorry for your loss. It's going to get rough but rely on your family to pass this diffiicult time and let them rely on you. Have your father and what he taught you always alivein your memories and in your heart.
