Recently had a powersupply die on me, so I replaced it. Now, when I hook everything up push on the power I get nothing -but I see the case fan and the cpu fan spin up slightly -stop- spin up slightly -stop-. It doesn't ever spin up to a full rotation.
I turned off the power and now it's even doing this while it's off. Anyone know whats up?
I get no lights or hdd activity just this weird pulsating fan action.
