My cat had this issue..

Turns out he was born without bacteria in his digestive tract and the vet told us to give him dry food with some plain yogurt in it.

It took a couple weeks but it works like a charm.

They all eat the same food, out of the same bulk feeder. I has a triple alternator sized silo, so they can eat how much, how often they want. Midi spends more time at the trough and more time shitting.

It is dry food.

Acidophilus or a change in diet can help. My cat used to have this problem, but has gotten markedly better since I switched food.

Talk to a vet, Midi might have worms.
