My eye won't quit twitching

Had this for a while after several weeks of intense gaming/computer usage. I got rid of it by taking a break from computers for two weeks.

EDIT: Also no doubt stress/anxiety played a role. Don't worry so much.
 
my left eye started spazzing everytime i yawned or squinted... happened for like a week

i am certain it was stress-related. i had a big thing that i was really nervous about and as soon as that was over with it went away.

my left eye was doing it for a few months - actually my eyeLID was doing it. it bothered me, especially when i was putting. it stopped though, although if i squint i can get it to twitch a bit. i was worried about people noticing it in conversation but it was too small to notice i guess.
