I've gotten it from stress during college. But I also had a big problem with it in 2nd grade. I was going to post that I didn't have stress then. But as I was typing it I remember that was when my grandparents were brutally murdered. Maybe the stress of that caused my eye twitch. Hmm, never thought of that connection.

It could be a number of things.

I have TMJ which will give me a major headache when it's flaring up. My eye twitches as well.

Relaxation excersizes might help.
