I'm not complaining though, i'll deal with that...

"Look "Tom" we have a problem here. Your share of the work isn't getting done. You were supposed to be here today at 0800 and you didn't call and you showed up at 1300. This is unacceptable. You must know that I'm in a difficult position because I'm your boss and you are now dating Linda. The fact that you are dating Linda in no way should affect your job performance.
