My entire build

I understand I won't be able to use the computer until I have a hard drive. I'm just going to wait for a 1 Tb drive to hopefully drop in price. (They're overpriced now due to flooding and buying on speculation in the stock market.)
In that case, however, the rest of it is likely to drop in price, and you'll be sitting on useless parts. IMO, either get Elfenix's build; tweak Elfenix's build by replacing the HDD with a nice SSD (Crucial M4), maybe going down to a 6870 on the video card, to keep in budget, and have a whole computer now (well, after a monitor, mouse, and keyboard); or wait on the entire thing.

Once HDD prices come back down, you can add one, and have TBs of extra storage.

P.S. I managed to miss DominionSeraph's build, with the lock/merge.

Well, he already bought the GPU, so he can't change that. Otherwise, I agree 100%. It would be beyond pointless to get everything except the HDD.
