I don't know whether to feel stupid, guilty or afraid. I use Lycos email and for the past month or so I have been getting bounced email from Japan... and I didn't email anyone in Japan!

On top of that, today I got one that said it was rejected because it contained the Netsky virus... I have the option checked to save all sent mail and I checked every returned piece of email I got that I didn't recognize and none of them were sent by me...

Can someone please tell me what in the unholy hell might be going on? 😵

or you are in someone address book who is infected with a virus that is sending out emails from their machine with your email address. there are viruses that do this.
